A total building area of approximately 127,300 sf is proposed, with a mix of uses including a major grocery store, retail space, restaurant, live- work in a separate building and residential uses, all on two levels of underground parking. This proposal is to shell stage for the commercial/retail/grocery/restaurant but does include coordination of their design into the building.
