RH ARCHITECTS (RHA) is an award winning, mid-size Architecture firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Established as a sole proprietorship in 1984 and then as a partnership in 1991, it has received international recognition for MANY successful projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.
The firm devotes considerable time to research and keeping up to date with and visiting developments around North America and abroad.
It is registered for practice both in British Columbia and Alberta.
RH Architects (RHA) was formed as a partnership between Bryce Rositch and Keith Hemphill in 1991 as Rositch Hemphill Architects.
The partners hired 4 key employees shortly after forming the partnership; Anca (Registered Architect), Luis, Amy, and Norm, and these 4 employees remain with the firm today, as Directors. Bryce and Keith and the team developed RHA into one of Vancouver’s top Architectural firms.
Today RHA employs a variety of talent. The firm has a record of long-term employment with the majority having been with us at RHA for over 12 years.
January 2018 Keith Hemphill retired leaving Bryce Rositch as the sole owner.
The firm has a staff of 20 – 25 people.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Bryce is a past President of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and has represented British Columbia and Canada on national and international architecture registration matters. He is a former member of the UBC Board of Governors as well as a member of the Board of Governors for the Hamber Foundation. He currently chairs to the UBC Development Permit Board, and is on the Board of the Urbanarium. In addition to architecture, Bryce has a passion for skiing.
