A heritage building constructed in 1929 to house the True Blue and Orange orphanage sat on a large, prominent site in New Westminster. The design incorporated a new 141 unit congregate care seniors building onto the site while preserving an expansive front lawn. The heritage building was renovated to upgrade the interior and enhance the heritage form of the exterior.
