Originally a trailer park close to the rapidly expanding town centre of Coquitlam, we have taken this large site through a number of rezonings to achieve a new neighbourhood of 1450 units of townhouses, lowrise apartments and highrise apartments. Included are new streets, extensive open space, parks and community facilities, including the “Nakoma Club”.
