On a dramatic mountainside site overlooking a wonderful fiord is the new master planned community of Porteau Cove. Fourteen hundred and fifty units in single family, townhouse and highrise configuration terrace down the hillside. A village centre features an all-suites hotel, mixed commercial and residential uses, plazas and other village necessities. Included in our work was overall site planning as well as the development of new zoning bylaws, preparation of two different sets of design guidelines, site development modelling and the design of different types of buildings.
