This is a project that has two components: replacement of an aging church with a new church and community use building, as well as the addition of eighty apartment units in a four storey building. The development provides market and special needs housing, the proceeds from which fund the construction of a new church. The land, located one block from the Lynn Valley Town Centre, is developed for a higher density and wider mix of uses.
